Our client in the buying sector asked us to help them arrange a 3-day residential event for 200 delegates and 40 exhibitors, in the UK.

- In addition to the venue finding, venues 4u also provided our chargeable delegate administration service which includes being the first point of contact for delegates and exhibitors wishing to register for the event, continuous liason with the hotel right up to and during the event, handling the rooming list, providing on site event management and working closely at all times with the client to ensure the event ran smoothly.
