how does it work?
Once we have received your brief we will work expertly and swiftly to source a selection of suitable venues, negotiate competitive rates and then make provisional bookings. A clear and detailed proposal will be sent to you for discussion.
If you then require site inspections we will arrange these for you to attend, either on your own or accompanied by an experienced member of our team.
Finally, if you wish to confirm one of the options, we will send the venue the confirmation details and they will draw up contracts to be sent directly to you for checking and signing.
It's that easy - you just make the one call and we do the rest!
how can you offer your service free of charge?
Once an event has taken place and the venue has been paid by the client we receive a commission from the venue for the introduction of your business. There is honestly no catch and no obligation - we provide a totally free service!
is the commission payment added on to our venue rate?
No – in fact very often the rates we negotiate for you are lower than those you would be offered direct. This is due to our purchasing power, our hard negotiation and our many contacts in the industry.
do you work overseas?
Yes we do - organising an international event can have its challenges with the language barriers, different taxes, different hotel ratings. However, we have many years of specialist experience working in this field which enables us to overcome this and we have made excellent local contacts to directly benefit your company event and its success. do you have a minimum or maximum number?
We do not have any minimum or maximum numbers - we organise events of any size - every event is important to us whether it is for 10 or 1000 delegates.
