A charitable organisation wanted to hold an annual event in the Cotswolds. The event was for 200 people, commencing with a drinks reception, followed by an awards dinner.

A block of accommodation was also required for the event and venues 4u negotiated with the chosen venue which resulted in excellent rates and a very beneficial cancellation agreement.
